City National Bank seeks a Specialty Wealth Asset Officer Senior to provide asset and investment management for fiduciary Specialty Wealth assets, including real estate and related holdings. You will oversee operations, coordinate with clients and partners, and drive asset-level strategy within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7 years of property/asset management experience.
• 7 years of experience analyzing industry investments, operating statements, market data and third-party reports.
• Proven communication, analytical, negotiating and sales skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a multi-task environment with oversight.
• Professional credentials such as CPM, CCIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides asset/investment management for assigned Specialty Wealth assets within investment guidelines and regulatory framework.
• Manages portfolio risk and adheres to policies and best practices.
• Completes regulatory and internal requirements including reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Oversees asset-level operations through 3rd parties or directly (income, expenses, maintenance).
• Facilitates asset-level transactions and projects (acquisitions, dispositions, leases, capex).
• Coordinates with relationship teams, clients, managers, attorneys, brokers and appraisers to support asset activities.
