City National Bank seeks an experienced Senior Specialist to manage a portfolio of Specialty Wealth assets, including real estate and closely held entities, with fiduciary oversight and regulatory compliance.

The role involves coordinating with relationship managers, clients, and 3rd party providers to drive asset performance, risk mitigation, and strategic transactions while adhering to policy and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 7 years of property/asset management experience.
• 7 years analyzing industry investments, operating statements, market data, and third-party reports.

Responsibilities

• Provides asset management services for a portfolio of Specialty Wealth assets.
• Manages portfolio within established guidelines, regulations, and policies.
• Completes regulatory and internal requirements including reviews, inspections, valuations, and audits.
• Oversees asset-level operations including income collection, expenses, and maintenance activities.
• Recommends and implements strategies aligning with client objectives, asset mix, and liquidity.
• Facilitates asset-level transactions and projects (acquisitions, dispositions, leases, capex).
• Collaborates with relationship teams, clients, managers/GPs, attorneys, brokers, and appraisers.
