Qualifications

• 7 years of property/asset management experience.
• 7 years of experience analyzing industry investments and related reports.
• Professional credentials such as CPM or CCIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides asset/investment management for assigned Specialty Wealth assets within fiduciary accounts.
• Manages portfolio following established policies and procedures.
• Completes regulatory and internal requirements for assets in the portfolio.
• Oversees asset level operations including income collection and maintenance oversight.
• Recommends and implements asset-level strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinates activities with relationship managers, clients, partners, and third-party vendors.
• Participates in meetings to promote product and services and maintain audit readiness.
