• Oversees asset operations, including third-party performance, rent collection, and maintenance.
• Completes asset-level regulatory/reporting requirements and ensures compliance.
• Coordinates with relationship teams, clients, tenants, and partners to facilitate activity.
• Participates in meetings to promote products and services and supports audits.
