The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in property management and investment analysis, with professional credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 years of property/asset management experience.
• 7 years of experience in analyzing industry investments, including operating statements and market data.
• Professional credentials such as CPM, CCIM or other recognized designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides asset/investment management services for assigned Specialty Wealth assets within fiduciary accounts and investment guidelines.
• Oversees asset operations, including third-party vendor performance, rent collection, and maintenance oversight.
• Completes regulatory and internal requirements such as annual reviews, valuations, and document retention.
• Coordinates with relationship teams and clients to communicate asset-level activity and performance.
• Facilitates asset transactions and projects including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and capital expenditures.
