Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to deliver clinical knowledge to medical professionals and navigate payer environments in California territory including Santa Rosa, Richmond, Petaluma, and Novato. Qualificações

• Basic Qualifications (Specialty Representative): Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Basic Qualifications (Senior Specialty Representative): Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pharma/biotech or related fields; strong influence and relationship-building; local market knowledge; life sciences or business degree; core sales competencies

Responsabilidades

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages, programs, and education
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access and resolving reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory planning with District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and learn
• Demonstrate passion for products throughout the sales cycle and uphold Amgen values
