Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to be the primary link to medical professionals, delivering clinical knowledge and navigating payer environments. You will promote Amgen products and implement marketing strategies under the District Manager.

This role offers a base salary range of $89,880 to $121,602 for the Representative and $115,036 to $155,638 for the Senior role, with additional rewards.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related; or Associate degree with 6 years of sales / clinical experience; or High school diploma with 8 years of sales / clinical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive product utilization.
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales through branded messages and programs.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, ensure product access, and manage reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Demonstrate passion for products and maintain brand focus throughout the sales cycle.
