Job summary

Amgen in the United States (CA Modesto area) seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and drive territory sales while navigating payer environments.

The role offers a base salary bands of $89,880–$121,602 (Specialty Rep) or $115,036–$155,638 (Sr Rep), plus a Total Rewards Plan including bonuses, stock-based incentives, and flexible work models (remote/hybrid).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in sales or healthcare.
• Experience communicating with medical professionals.
• Knowledge of payer landscape and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits.
• Support branded sales messages and educational programs to drive usage.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, ensure product access, and manage contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive results.
