Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to serve medical professionals with clinical product knowledge and to promote Amgen products. You will be the primary customer contact, implementing marketing strategies and driving sales within your territory.

You will build relationships, manage accounts, address access and reimbursement challenges, and collaborate across teams to achieve targets while upholding Amgen values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Qualification: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales/clinical experience OR equivalent combos.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and promote product utilization.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and conducting programs.
• Develop accounts, customize discussions, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
