Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate the payer environment. You will implement marketing strategies, lead educational programs, and strive to exceed sales targets across assigned CA territories in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience.
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related.
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related.
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and ensure product access.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and professional growth.
• Maintain passion for products throughout the sales cycle and support Amgen values.
