Job summary

Target Corp is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to guide a team of consultants in delivering outstanding guest experiences on a fast-paced sales floor at our Howell Township, NJ location. You will lead daily operations, coaching, and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed to drive sales.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners; work with technology as directed.
• Lead and hold others accountable; coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants to deliver excellent guest experience and uphold Target's guest service commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and achieve sales goals.
• Assist with merchandising sets, planograms, and visual presentations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive store performance and guest engagement.
• Support store operations, safety, and compliance policies.
