Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
• Associate degree with 4 years of sales experience in healthcare or related fields.
• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales or healthcare/clinical experience (Senior).
• Associate degree with 6 years of sales or healthcare/clinical experience (Senior).
• High school diploma with 8 years of sales or healthcare/clinical experience (Senior).

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and explain clinical benefits.
• Deliver on marketing strategy and promote Amgen products under the District Manager.
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop customer relationships, discuss needs, ensure product access and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Offer feedback on marketing strategy and help develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Foster teamwork and share best practices with colleagues.
• Demonstrate passion for products throughout the sales cycle and uphold Amgen values.
