Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, provide clinical product knowledge, and promote Amgen therapies in a dynamic payer landscape. You will implement marketing plans and act as the lead client contact to drive approved product usage.

This role offers a base salary with strong total rewards, including bonus opportunities and flexible work arrangements across the US.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; alternate paths include associate degree with sales experience.
• Sales, marketing and/or clinical pharma experience preferred.
• Senior role may require 3+ years sales/clinical experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and explain clinical benefits.
• Serve as primary customer contact and implement marketing strategy; promote Amgen products.
• Deliver branded sales messages in person and virtually to achieve targets.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Uphold Amgen values and ethics in all interactions.
• Contribute to territory plans with the District Manager.
