Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, implement marketing strategy, and promote Amgen products within assigned territories. You will build relationships, support access and reimbursement discussions, and help drive product adoption at the point of care.

The role emphasizes scientific engagement, sales leadership, and adherence to Amgen values, with flexible work models where possible.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related

Aufgaben

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals
• Promote branded messages and achieve sales targets through programs and engagements
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts with product access and contracts
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and learn
• Demonstrate passion for products throughout the sales cycle and uphold Amgen values
