Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to be the main contact for customers, delivering clinical knowledge of Amgen products and navigating the payer environment. You will implement marketing strategies, promote products, and build territory plans under the District Manager.

The role requires Bachelor’s or higher with related sales/clinical experience; relocation is not offered. Amgen offers remote/hybrid work where possible and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 3–8 years of related sales/healthcare experience depending on level.
• Experience communicating clinical benefits to medical professionals and navigating payer environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and participate in planned programs to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Develop relationships with accounts, manage reimburse issues, and ensure product access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
