Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to serve healthcare professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and promote Amgen products across Milwaukee area and surrounding territories. You will drive territory plans, engage through in-person and virtual visits, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure payer access and patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales or clinical experience, or AA with 6 years of sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Promote Amgen products and support payer navigation.
• Deliver branded sales messages and run programs.
• Build relationships to service and manage accounts including access and contracts.
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and share best practices.
