Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to be the link between healthcare professionals and Amgen’s products, delivering clinical knowledge and guiding payer navigation. You will engage with customers through in-person and virtual channels while supporting territory growth.

The role emphasizes building relationships, communicating product value, and achieving sales targets in assigned Wisconsin territories, with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related (Senior)
• Preferred: Sales, marketing and/or clinical experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, healthcare insurance, pharmacy services, healthcare medical device or medical supply industries

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages, conducting programs, scheduling and following up with medical educational programs.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, customize discussions, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role
• Demonstrate passion for products and uphold Amgen values throughout the sales cycle
