Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Senior: 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products and effectively communicate the clinical benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization of the products
• Deliver branded sales messages and promote products through in-person and virtual engagement to achieve territory sales targets
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, ensure product access, and address reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Rep/Senior Specialist
• Demonstrate passion for products and maintain brand integrity throughout the sales cycle
