Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative for the Cardiovascular portfolio in Beaumont, TX. The role focuses on connecting with medical professionals, communicating clinical benefits, and guiding programs in a complex payer environment.

You will implement marketing strategies, promote Amgen products, and support access, contracts, and reimbursement discussions while building ongoing relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales by delivering branded sales messages and programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including customizing discussions and customer interactions based on needs, ensuring product access and reimbursement.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans in partnership with the District Manager.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen’s products and sustain that passion throughout the sales cycle.
