Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related OR
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related OR
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• Three or more years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry
• Local market knowledge
• Established relationships in the territory
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs to meet sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and navigate reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; develop territory plans.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
• Maintain passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle and uphold company values.
