Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Sr. Manager Specialty Care to lead specialty programs across therapeutic categories. You will oversee the Specialty Care team in Boise, Idaho and collaborate with fulfillment centers, Pharmacy Operations leaders, and corporate teams to drive program success and patient outcomes.

You will design care protocols, monitor quality and efficiency, and guide partners through process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy or B.S./ PharmD and active licensure.
Minimum 3 years clinical or patient care experience.
Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee specialty care programs with strategic value to the company.
Lead the Specialty Care team in Boise, ID and partner with operations and pharmacy teams.
Develop and implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance and quality.
