Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Senior Manager of the Managed Care 340B Program to oversee all aspects of the 340B pharmacy programs, including sales, contract management, and store-level operations.

You will develop system solutions, manage projects, ensure legal compliance, drive efficiency and profitability, and serve as the primary SME on 340B matters while collaborating with legal, finance, and other departments.

• Ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 340B pharmacy programs: sales calls, contract management, and store-level operations.
• Develop and implement system solutions to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Act as the primary SME for all 340B matters and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with divisions, legal, and finance to identify opportunities and ensure proper accounting.
• Supervise and coach direct reports for program administration.
