Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead direct patient care and wellness services while overseeing financial performance and the pharmacy team. This role involves disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, and ensuring high-quality patient-centered care within a dynamic retail pharmacy setting.

You will supervise staff, drive initiatives to improve profitability, and maintain compliance with licensure and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.
• Delivers patient care services and upholds safety and compliance.
• Leads pharmacy team and partners with management on profitability initiatives.
