Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the 340B pharmacy program, overseeing sales, contract management, and store-level operations.

You will develop system solutions, manage projects, ensure compliance, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to increase efficiency and profitability. You will supervise direct reports and report to the Senior Director of Managed Care, with alignment to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 340B programs and pharmacy operations.
• Strong sales or account management background with stakeholder relations.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the 340B programs including sales calls, contract management, and store-level operations.
• Develop system solutions and manage projects to ensure legal compliance and profitability.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for 340B, guiding internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with divisions, legal, and finance to identify opportunities and ensure proper accounting.
• Supervise and coach direct reports to ensure successful 340B program administration.
