Qualifications

• Experience developing user archetypes, personas and journeys to inform product design decisions.
• Experience in rapid prototyping (Lean UX and Design Thinking).
• Ability to articulate elegant and engaging experiences using sketches, storyboards and IA blueprints.
• Experience implementing visual mockups and prototypes that are usable and compelling.
• Experience with complex information architectures across multiple media.
• Proficiency with prototyping/wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
• Understanding complex information architectures for digital applications.

Responsibilities

• Design proof-of-concepts and MVPs using lean UX and rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate in Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional teams and end-users.
• Explore AI/ML-enabled data product ideas while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Contribute new and existing design patterns to Mastercard's design library.
• Shape the next generation of data-driven products and their visualization.
