Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience briefing senior leadership.
• Experience leading planning teams through Joint Planning Process (JPP) and delivering CONOPs/COAs.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior contractor planning team providing support to USSPACECOM headquarters.
• Direct development of CONOPs, COAs, and operational orders for high-visibility missions.
• Coordinate with COR and government leadership on performance, staffing, and priorities.
• Ensure integration of STO/SAP capabilities into operational plans and deconfliction of sensitive activities.
