Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Construction or service experience in the Special Hazards/Fire Alarm industry.
• Clean driving record to operate company vehicles, ability to travel locally in St. Louis, MO, and pass drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Manage field technicians, equipment, and material procurement.
• Schedule inspections and small to mid-sized project installations; conduct on-site safety audits.
• Lead inspections, testing, and installations; monitor progress and profitability of each job.
• Recruit, hire, and conduct performance reviews; coach, mentor, develop, train, and terminate employees.
