Responsibilities

• Manage field technicians, equipment, and material procurement.
• Schedule inspections and oversee small to mid-sized project installations.
• Conduct on-site safety audits and ensure safety of employees and worksites.
• Monitor progress, report outcomes, and adjust as needed to maintain quality and profitability.
• Attract, hire, and conduct performance reviews; coach and mentor staff.
