Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians, manage equipment and materials for service/work orders.
• Schedule inspections and small to mid-sized project installations.
• Conduct on-site safety audits and ensure compliance and quality.
• Monitor progress, report outcomes, and adjust plans to protect profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and conduct performance reviews; coach and develop staff.
