Job summary

Nashville Soccer Club, at GEODIS Park, seeks a Manager of Special Events Sales to drive revenue by selling and coordinating unique venue spaces for corporate and social events. You will develop new business, nurture client relationships, and craft proposals from outreach through event execution.

Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sponsorship teams to maximize venue use, deliver exceptional client experiences, and guide proposals, tours, and post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in event sales in related settings.
• Experience in stadium/sports/entertainment event sales preferred.
• Proven prospecting, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Strong knowledge of event/hospitality industry; Nashville market a plus.
• Food and Beverage knowledge.
• CRM proficiency with venue-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, client referrals, trade publications, and research.
• Build relationships with event planners and decision-makers to promote GEODIS Park’s event offerings.
• Schedule and lead venue tours for prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to secure bookings.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal scheduling and booking teams to secure venue availability.
• Partner with operations, marketing, sponsorship, and premium sales teams to support event execution and maximize revenue.
• Develop innovative sales strategies and tailored event packages.
• Attend industry events to generate new leads and stay connected to local trends.
