Job summary

Nashville Soccer Club is seeking a part-time Event Operations Associate to support the GEODIS Park Event Operations team in planning and executing MLS matches and other major events. You will provide day-to-day support to the club's operations and ensure high standards of event delivery.

The role requires availability 20-25 hours per week, including nights and weekends, with the potential for long event days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Event Operations on planning and execution of MLS games and major events.
• Ensure procedures comply with MLS regulations and stadium SOPs.
• Assist with locker room setups to MLS standards.
• Support visiting teams and league officials on game day.
• Provide support for the referee crew before, during and after the game.
• Assist with match credential production and distribution.
• Lead and oversee ball retrievers during events.
• Support other departments with match day responsibilities.
• Coordinate planning of operational details with Event Management Team.
• Move and store department equipment as needed.
