Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Localization (Spanish-speaking) to own the Spanish experience end to end across product and marketing, and to build scalable AI-powered localization workflows.

You will design experiments, analyze conversion data, manage localization vendors, and partner with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure culturally resonant content for Latin American markets.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish with regional variation knowledge.
• 6+ years in localization program management, including tech stack management.
• 3+ years working on client-side product or marketing localization.
• Experience building or optimizing AI-powered localization workflows.
• Ability to use data from customer and conversion metrics to inform localization strategy.

Responsibilities
