Job summary

Remitly in Seattle is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Technical for the global money movement network. You will lead end-to-end programs, define strategy, surface opportunities, and design resolution mechanisms to manage losses as we grow. Hybrid role based in Seattle.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance; size opportunities with data; and apply AI/LLM tooling to automate investigations and recovery. Strong ownership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management in FinTech, payments, risk, or loss operations.
• Experience leading end-to-end programs with measurable outcomes.
• Beginner SQL proficiency.
• Ability to design processes, SOPs, and workflows.
• Bias toward scalable, automated AI/LLM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end high-risk programs with strategic ownership.
• Define multi-year loss reduction and cost-saving strategies.
• Design operating model, workflows, escalation and recovery.
• Use data to size opportunities and align with Analytics.
• Lead executive reviews and track key metrics.
