Responsibilities include verification, documentation, and collaboration across disciplines. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, CI/CD, and compliant software processes in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Software or Engineering field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proven software development in Python and/or Rust.
• Willingness to work with frontend developers and React-based frameworks.
• Experience in full lifecycle software engineering (design, implementation, verification, integration, release).
• Skills in build automation, CI, configuration management, verification, deployment.
• Experience designing scalable software architectures.
• Familiarity with Linux environment and basic Unix admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, verify and deploy mission operations and safety-critical software systems for the Ground System.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define software requirements, architectures, and designs.
• Develop rapid prototypes to prove concepts and quantify risks.
• Plan, develop, and lead system verification and qualification to meet requirements and safety standards.
• Produce documentation for software architecture, design, verification plans, and training materials.
• Follow software development processes to ensure safety and reliability.
