Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading spacecraft mechanical development and ownership of major design decisions.
• Strong knowledge of design for manufacturing, assembly, test, reliability and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanical engineers across spacecraft development.
• Own design decisions through multiple development cycles.
• Coordinate across structures, thermal, mechanisms, electrical, manufacturing, and AI&T teams.
• Present engineering design review materials to customers and executive team.
• Support environmental testing and in-orbit readiness.
