Qualifications

• US citizen able to obtain/maintain US security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or commercial industries with manufacturing/assembly.
• Willingness to work onsite and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead satellite and space vehicle programs from assembly through testing and launch.
• Develop ATLO flows including assembly sequencing, testing, and launch integration.
• Review drawings to improve manufacturability and integration.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers in cleanrooms to troubleshoot and decide go/no-go.
• Lead environmental test campaigns (EMI/EMC, dynamics, TVAC) and launch planning.
• Drive process improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Apply statistical tools to monitor performance and execution plans.
• Coordinate across programs and facilities to meet delivery targets.
• Provide surge support and adapt to different shifts and travel needs.
