LV8D Solutions LLC is seeking a Space Vehicle Test Engineer to support the GPOC overseeing SV AT&L, providing critical insight to the prime contractor's execution of AL&T. You will direct ATLO operations, coordinate staffing for in‑plant coverage, and monitor schedules across diverse facilities.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment, with on‑site work and up to 25% travel; TS/SCI clearance and DoD/IC experience are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, systems engineering or related field.
• 9–14 years in ATLO, AL&T or space systems engineering.
• Proven leadership in SETA activities and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with DoW/IC programs and SOW compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills under pressure.
• Experience reviewing installation/test procedures and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Direct ATLO operations and activities to support SV Al&T.
• Staffing planning and headcount allocation for in‑plant coverage.
• Support ATLO schedules and AL&T planning activities.
• Facilitate factory inquiries and on‑site visits.
• Provide MIP coverage and client status reports.
• Review procedures, witness operations, and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lead CONOP reviews and provide feedback as needed.
• Serve as primary communication channel for technical updates.
