Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead design and qualification of wire harnesses for spaceflight, meeting mission life requirements.
Apply constraints, materials, and applications across the product lifecycle.
Provide technical oversight and project leadership on wire harness engineering efforts.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve manufacturing, testing, and performance issues.
Develop documentation and present to stakeholders.
Collaborate with systems, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design integrity.
Mentor junior engineers and enforce configuration management and security processes.
