Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing company, is seeking a Harness Technician Sr in El Segundo, CA to build and terminate wiring harnesses for spacecraft and ground systems. The role requires 4+ years in aerospace or high‑reliability environments and the ability to read complex wiring diagrams and schematics.

This on-site position emphasizes hands-on fabrication, troubleshooting, and collaboration with a team leader to ensure high quality assembly and on‑time program delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a technician in aerospace or equivalent high‑reliability field.
• Ability to read schematics, harness wiring diagrams, layout drawings, mechanical drawings, circuit layouts, and parts lists.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate harnesses for spacecraft and ground systems.
• Build and terminate wiring harnesses to a high quality for Racks, Boxes.
• Explain assembly procedures or techniques to co‑workers.
• Work and take direction from team leader for project completion.
• Confer with supervisors regarding any anticipated production problems.
• Cross‑train/mentor new hires.
• Other duties as assigned.
