Qualifications
- Associate of Science Degree in technology or related field or 5+ years of related aviation/space experience.
- Strong CAD experience with SolidWorks or equivalent wire harness design tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and electrical schematics.
- Experience creating fabrication drawings and related BOMs; process documentation.
- Experience with Agile or PLM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Generate sophisticated cable and harness design packages for aviation and space.
- Participate in group discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Assist programs in identifying critical components and design features and challenges.
