CesiumAstro seeks a Senior Wire Harness Design Engineer in Denver, CO to own the critical power, digital, analog, and RF harness interfaces for satellites and aerospace systems.

You will define specifications, perform schematic development, cable routing, and harness assembly drawings, and participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams. This hands-on role requires strong documentation, industry standards knowledge, and the ability to work in a startup-like, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5 years of relevant industry or university research experience.
• Experience with harness design tools and IPC-WHMA-A-620 / ISO 9001 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design wire harnesses from initial specifications through integration and test.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical engineers, and harness technicians to develop space systems.
