Job summary

Anduril in the Space business line seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead day-to-day execution of space program initiatives, budgets, and schedules. You’ll work with engineering, operations, and customers to align technical objectives with contractual requirements.

This role requires experience managing complex hardware and software systems, security clearance, and proven ability to drive multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex software development programs for advanced C2 capabilities.
• Direct end-user engagement over iterative development cycles.
• B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in relevant industry and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and systems engineering.
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of space program initiatives, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with customers, business operations, and growth teams to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, logistics, legal and contracting to deliver solutions.
• Develop sprint and execution plans, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Drive customer success and top-line growth through trusted partnerships.
