Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc. seeks a Test and Evaluation Engineer to plan, execute, and report on T&E activities across the full acquisition lifecycle for space, SATCOM, and PNT systems.

The role involves developing TEMPs, test documents, and witnessing V&V events, while collaborating with Systems Engineering, IPTs, and stakeholders to address critical operational criteria and cost considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in test and evaluation of DoD systems.
• Active or eligible for a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), test schedules, and integrated test documentation.
• Select test approaches and methodologies.
• Design, review, and execute test plans and procedures.
• Participate in and witness Verification & Validation events, acceptance testing, and developmental/operational testing.
• Collaborate on system requirements, technical parameters, and operational criteria.
• Support Systems Engineering reviews and participate in IPTs.
• Provide T&E input on system design, capability requirements, communications support, and cost considerations.
• Plan and execute field demonstration events for emerging technologies.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and data analysis in support of test design and evaluation.
