Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Sr Test & Eval Engineer to lead planning and execution of ACAT-like developmental and operational tests for advanced space control systems in secure government environments.

The ideal candidate will have expert ACAT-like testing experience, the ability to lead test teams, and strong data analysis skills, with readiness to work in SAPF/SCIF settings and support travel as required.

Qualifications

• Expert-level ACAT-like test and evaluation planning and execution for developmental and operational testing of complex systems.
• Proven ability to lead test teams and manage high-stakes evaluations.
• Experience managing test deficiencies and coordinating resolution in formal processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of ACAT-like developmental and operational test programs.
• Develop, maintain, and validate test plans, procedures, data collection methods, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate test readiness across engineering, systems, and acquisition teams.
