Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc. (IS4S) is seeking an experienced Test & Evaluation Engineer to support developmental and operational testing of space, satellite communications, and PNT systems.

You will plan, execute, and report on test activities across the full acquisition lifecycle, from early demonstrations through formal test events. The role requires a 10+ year track record in DoD test & evaluation, a relevant engineering degree, and an active or eligible DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline is required.
• 10+ years of experience in test and evaluation of DoD systems.
• Active or eligible for a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), test schedules, and integrated test documentation; select test approaches and methodologies.
• Design, review, and execute test plans and procedures; participate in and witness Verification & Validation events, acceptance testing, and developmental/operational testing.
• Collaborate on system requirements, critical technical parameters, and critical operational issues and criteria.
• Support Systems Engineering technical reviews and participate in Systems Engineering, Risk, and other Integrated Product Teams.
• Provide T&E input on system design, capability requirements, communications support, and cost considerations.
• Plan and execute field demonstration events for emerging technologies.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and data analysis in support of test design and evaluation.

Position Overview

IS4S is seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to support developmental and operational testing of space, satellite communications, and position, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems. The successful candidate will plan, execute, and report on test activities across the full acquisition lifecycle, from early experimentation and technology demonstrations through formal developmental and operational test events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), test schedules, and integrated test documentation; select test approaches and methodologies
• Design, review, and execute test plans and procedures; participate in and witness Verification & Validation events, acceptance testing, and developmental/operational testing

• Proficiency with MATLAB and Python for modeling, simulation, and data analysis
