Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) in Colorado Springs seeks a senior Space Systems program manager to strengthen space capabilities. You will lead acquisitions, engineering, operations, and advisory activities across project stages for government and commercial clients.

The role demands 10+ years of experience, a BA/BS, and TS/SCI eligibility. You will draft acquisition docs, oversee risk, and coordinate with DoD customers in a cybersecurity-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of space control space, ground, and C2 systems.
• Experience managing operations strategy and coordination of training.
• Experience in space control mission planning and COOP development.
• BA/BS degree required; 10+ years of relative experience.
• Active TS/SCI eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice across project stages.
• Support program acquisition efforts in advanced technology and concept development.
• Advise on cost, schedule, and performance issues.
• Prepare JCIDS and acquisition documents for government program managers.
• Support presentations to internal and external customers.
• Develop and maintain program risk assessments and status reports.
• Ensure cybersecurity and information security compliance per DoDI guidance.
