Job summary

STI-TEC, Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC), is seeking an experienced space systems advisory professional to support Space Systems Command in the acquisition life cycle from El Segundo, CA.

You will provide engineering, operations, and technical guidance for advanced space programs and cybersecurity considerations. The role emphasizes cost, schedule, and performance analyses, JCIDS documentation, and customer-facing presentations.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in managing technical developmental projects with an emphasis on cyber development, systems engineering and software engineering.
• Experience with government acquisitions, space and intelligence systems.
• Active TS/SCI eligibility required or eligible for access.

Responsibilities

• Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice for the acquisition life cycle.
• Support program acquisition efforts in advanced technology and integration activities.
• Advise on cost, schedule, and performance issues.
• Draft JCIDS and acquisition documentation for government program managers.
• Assist in presenting products to internal and external customers.
• Maintain awareness of program schedules and assess risks.
• Provide cybersecurity support per DoDI 8500.01 and participate in cyber testing.
• Support cybersecurity working groups and maintain Authority to Operate related steps.
