Job summary

STI-TEC is seeking a Program Manager to support space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advise across the acquisition life cycle. You will guide cost, schedule, and performance analyses for government contracts and assist in the development of key program documentation and reviews.

The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a BA/BS, and 5+ years in DoD lifecycle planning plus defense program leadership. Competitive benefits and a full-time schedule are included.

Qualifications

• TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• BA/BS in related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in DoD acquisition life cycle planning and milestone documentation coordination.
• 5 years of leadership/management in major defense programs.
• 3–10 years of experience with Space Force systems and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice for all project stages.
• Support program acquisition efforts for advanced technology and integration activities.
• Draft and revise JCIDS and acquisition documentation for government programs.
• Prepare SME-level technical or programmatic status reports.
• Identify improvements, reduce risk, and implement actionable recommendations.
• Perform earned value management and schedule analysis for defense contracts.
• Support DoD budgeting, PPBE processes, and program memoranda.
