Job summary

SEAKR Engineering, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer to drive digital hardware design for space applications. You will lead architectures with microprocessors, ASICs, FPGAs, and memory, and coordinate customer interfaces while guiding a team from specification to hardware delivery.

Responsibilities include schematic capture, SI/PI analysis, board layout oversight, lab validation, and environmental testing. Mentorship and rigorous design reviews are expected to ensure on-time delivery and high

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of design experience.
• Extensive knowledge of circuit design and signal integrity.
• Experience with digital and/or RF electronics design, FPGA design, embedded system design, single board computers, or embedded software design is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead design team from initial specification through hardware delivery (box, module, board, FPGA, software).
• Champion program simulation, analysis, integration, and test.
• Perform detailed reviews of other designs and approve engineering drawings.
• Oversee hardware checkout and validation in lab environments and full system integration and environmental testing.
• Provide technical oversight across Hardware, Logic, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Test and Systems Engineers.
