Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in digital hardware design or FPGA/SoC platforms.
• Experience with high‑speed digital PCB design and backplane architectures.
• Strong SI/PI, timing closure, and worst‑case analysis capabilities.
• Experience with radiation‑tolerant digital design for spaceflight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital-hardware architecture and FPGA/SoC based board design from requirements to verification.
• Oversee high‑speed digital PCB design, interfaces, and backplane architectures.
• Perform timing, SI/PI, and WCA analyses across PVT corners for reliability.
• Define hardware‑software interfaces and lead bring‑up with firmware teams.
• Mentor engineers and participate in design reviews.
